Pet moving service

Tried to get a quote to send a bird to the eastern states, was told they only do cats and dogs, my friend sent a couple a week or so ago, I sent birds last year and get told they haven’t done birds for years. Now told only long term breeders are being allowed, wow sent quite a few birds with you guys, how many do you have to send to be able to continue? But hey no problem found another company.

Firstly, my flight was cancelled with no reason, so Dogtainers had to find a new flight, they found my 11 week old puppy a new flight with a different airline, however this airline has an age restriction of 12 weeks old. I explained that my puppy is 11 weeks old and asked multiple times if this is ok. I was on hold numerous times for Hollie the customer service person to double check if this was in fact ok. Hollie then assured me that if I pay an extra fee it would be fine. So I did pay the extra fee and 10 days went by. It was the evening before the puppy's flight that we got a call saying he could not fly because he was 11 weeks. Even after, I, the client expressed my concern for Dogtainers booking with an airline that had an age restriction and they assured me it would be fine. This is extremely frustrating as I had rescheduled all of my clients for that day to collect the puppy from the airport. The puppy flying in was also a surprise for my partner and I had made multiple plans to ensure this all worked out. Age restrictions and cancelling flights within adequate time frames should be apart of standard training and this sort of thing should not happen! not to mention, TEN DAYS went by before we were told and to be told the night before!! Just unacceptable! I would never use this company again! NOT RELIABLE.

Our 2 dogs were picked up in Melbourne and delivered to us safely in WA When they arrived to us, they were very relaxed and showed no signs of stress at all, which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Jetpets for taking good care our our 2 mini schnauzers. It must have been a great adventure for them

Flight from Melbourne to Paris in June 2023 was a wonderful experience. Ziggy enjoyed the flight in the cabin. We landed safe and happy, satisfied that Ziggy didn't have to suffer most likely trauma of flying in cargo.Preparation for this venture has taken over 5 months. It had been a very hectic experience given it's been a crowd funded project with the Skype Pet Travel. People who expected an experience similar to an experience of buying a ticket for a commercial flight got disappointed and gave up along the way.In January 2023, public has been firstly offered to express their interest in a flight on board of a large aircraft that could carry 100 passengers+pets, the price offered was $13,500 for 2 people and a pet. After having received expressions of interest, Sky Pet found there isn’t enough people interested to participate so that the price of the chartering the plane would be covered. At this stage Skye Pet did not take any money from people interested in this flight.After this, Sky Pet has looked into chartering a smaller plane with lesser seats which comes at more expensive price for the chartering a plane and offered to the public to book at the price of $19,990 for 2 people and a pet. At this stage Sky Pet have taken payments for the bookings. Yet, in one week it turned out that insufficient number of people has booked again and at this stage, Sky Pet had to let everyone know they will not be able to go with this option. They immediately offered and provided refund to people who paid but were no longer interested to fly.And finally Sky Pet has looked into the last and final option, confirmed in the second week of May that the flight will go ahead on 14 June and charted a very small plane where the price of the ticket per person was much more expensive. This flight has gone ahead.We are so grateful to have been given an opportunity to take this flight and can't thank enough to Skype Pet Travel for making it happen!

Pet transport Adelaide to Kalgoorlie via Perth travelling with me on same flights. Dog wasn’t transferred at Perth due to not lodging paperwork. Dog was left in Perth freight terminal until I raised an alert with Dogtainers after hours. I questioned the paperwork in Adelaide as it was missing second flight, but told she’d be picked up in Perth, taken for a walk and her paperwork would be updated there. It wasn’t. She was left alone, no doubt scared, in a noisy freight terminal. What was supposed to be 9 hours of travel for our dog turned into 26 hours. She arrived on first flight next morning (they kennelled her overnight) You trust these people with your pet, not good enough Dogtainers!

I relocated to Perth with my employer. The staff on the ground are hard workers, but coordination with their office is terrible. They rock up 3 hours late, so you wait around like you got nothing better to do. It's all subcontracted. They missed packing a few items reported by the old landlord, and they refused to deliver them now due to the extra cost. They get you to sign documents on pick up and delivery but no idea what they packed; it's just itemized in boxes with not much information. Very unprofessional, in my opinion. You have to watch the process like a hawk. Car transport is excellent.

We have used Blue Cross twice for both our dogs. They have been great and would highly recommend. They showed us videos of them playing with our dogs and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals.

Excellent service from Jet Pets. My new little girl had a long trip from nth Tas to Perth in November and they made her trip so comfortable and safe. She was a purry little ball when we finally picked her up- and this is a credit to JP. As a reg'd breeder I will continue to use you, from booking/quote to pick up it was flawless
