Flight from Melbourne to Paris in June 2023 was a wonderful experience. Ziggy enjoyed the flight in the cabin. We landed safe and happy, satisfied that Ziggy didn't have to suffer most likely trauma of flying in cargo.Preparation for this venture has taken over 5 months. It had been a very hectic experience given it's been a crowd funded project with the Skype Pet Travel. People who expected an experience similar to an experience of buying a ticket for a commercial flight got disappointed and gave up along the way.In January 2023, public has been firstly offered to express their interest in a flight on board of a large aircraft that could carry 100 passengers+pets, the price offered was $13,500 for 2 people and a pet. After having received expressions of interest, Sky Pet found there isn’t enough people interested to participate so that the price of the chartering the plane would be covered. At this stage Skye Pet did not take any money from people interested in this flight.After this, Sky Pet has looked into chartering a smaller plane with lesser seats which comes at more expensive price for the chartering a plane and offered to the public to book at the price of $19,990 for 2 people and a pet. At this stage Sky Pet have taken payments for the bookings. Yet, in one week it turned out that insufficient number of people has booked again and at this stage, Sky Pet had to let everyone know they will not be able to go with this option. They immediately offered and provided refund to people who paid but were no longer interested to fly.And finally Sky Pet has looked into the last and final option, confirmed in the second week of May that the flight will go ahead on 14 June and charted a very small plane where the price of the ticket per person was much more expensive. This flight has gone ahead.We are so grateful to have been given an opportunity to take this flight and can't thank enough to Skype Pet Travel for making it happen!

Our life journey takes many different routes, and you meet many people some you never know and some that stand out, Joanna is a standout, a pinnacle of pure love. We came across Joanna and Skye Pet Travel over 12 months ago through our plight to escape Australia and its stringent regulations and rules that has created a stranglehold on its people. The plight to get our three dogs out of Australia to our new life in the US was one met with judgement and a brick wall in the eyes of the regulators. Like many laws in Australia the pet travel laws are despicable, only aimed at restricting movement and causing anguish to the ones that wish to enjoy the freedoms and privilege it is to own and love a pet.Through her crowd-funded flight system, we were able to amass the funds and the people to make this dream a reality and if it wasn’t for her undying tenacity, passion, and un-nerving drive, we would have never made it. But we did make it, and even at the last hour, with regulators still trying to throw their dim-witted weight upon our dreams, her unbounding strength came through and we were away.Thankyou Joanna, we know the path was bumpy and the ground constantly shifting beneath your feet, but you were the rock that enabled us to climb the mountain. Your destiny is to break through the torment and to survive the constant destruction of our liberties. You are powerful and beautiful, and we will be forever grateful for what you have done. I just hope your passions are not diminished by the small minded and by those that fear your success. We love you!

Superb pet travel from Australia to the UK. First & only company to spend time to organise such a mine field of rubber stamping the necessary legal requirements that to date NO OTHER company has been able to do - Travelling together with your furry companion on board in a safe environment.Understanding & appreciation of such a mammoth task to fulfil which came together for those patient for the requirements to be completed, delayed only by in country government buerocracy. This company helped me relocate my two dogs in-cabin from London to Dubai, in cabin, which saved me a lot of stress due to health issues with one of my dogs. The plane was super comfortable too!Highly recommend, would use again in a heartbeat.

Skye Pet Travel got me and my French Bulldog safely to Paris. My dog sat comfortably with me in Cabin the whole time. When I decided to relocate from Melbourne to Europe my biggest stress was how to bring my dog with me as I know his breed is risky to travel in Cargo as he could have trouble breathing. I am so glad I put my trust into Joanna from Skye Pet Travel as she made the impossible possible. When there were obstacles put in her way she always persisted and never gave up, her love and care for our fur babies was astounding. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Skye Pet Travel for flying my 12 year old pup and I from Melbourne to London - the first EVER flight from Australia to the UK with pets in the cabin! There were many moments when we didn’t think this flight would happen - with SO many logistical challenges - but Joanna persisted where so many others would have given up, and managed to pull off the almost impossible. Her commitment to this project was unwavering, as was her care and compassion for every pet and their human on the flight.The flight itself was great, and the stress of the export and import was also taken off our hands, with Joanna completing all the paperwork - including vet health checks, and appointments with the department of agriculture - on our behalf.We (and our very lucky pets) owe Skye Pet Travel a big thank you. You made what we thought could never happen, a reality. We still can't believe we have our pup here with us in the UK, and that he didn't have to travel in cargo. THANK YOU!

Constantly cancelling and postponing flights for over a year. Gone from promising a 787 Dreamliner; to an A340 all business class, to an all economy 737, now a cramped small jet - yet still - not a single flight has taken off, while taking people's money in advance for flights that aren't even confirmed! Interesting concept, but this single person, small business, with no actual office, just can't execute it.
