John was great on our wedding day. He arrived to collect our doggo punctually and his help with her at the ceremony and through photos was incredible! Very reasonably priced too! Thanks John

Terry was professional, friendly and kind. At a stressful time he explained how everything worked and reassured me about how to organise safe and easy pet transfer on short notice. Did a great job and customer service was 10/10

John did such a great job transporting and looking after our cat for our wedding! Not many people would require this service so it wouldn’t be a common occurrence but John had no issues and was so helpful (even giving us a lift to our wedding saving us an Uber fee!) thanks again John for your wonderful service!

I would give more than 5 stars if there was an option for it. Excellent service and Kitty was amazing with my big boy. Definitely recommend to everyone that needs smooth transport for their best friend. Will definitely use it again.

One of our Rainbow Lorikeet arrived in Perth to get a connecting flight to Karratha. Unfortunately that night just before take off we were notified of a Plane change and they could not take Animal Cargo. Based in Melbourne we instantly contacted Terry and John at Perth Pet Taxis who came to the rescue and took the Hand Raised Fully Flighted Lorikeet home for the evening. They fed him Lori Nectar, water and fresh fruit, allowed him to fly around, played with him and took great care of him. At 4.45am John put him on a flight to his new home. Thankyou Terry and John for going far and beyond and taking such good care of him. Its great to know we can rely on you. Mick & Ann

Absolutely amazing ❤️John was so lovely and helped so much when we were let down by own dog import agent, for our 2 doggos coming from the UK to Perth airport.He kept me updated with pictures and messages of when to expect them and delivered them safe and sound.Can't recommend him enough!

Met John this morning as he came to pick up a rabbit from my boarding business. He was quite early due to a time mix up but was more than happy to wait around till I was ready, and was so polite and professional.You can tell immediately that he really cares about animals. He has such a kind and friendly demeanour, it was an absolute pleasure to meet him and I will definitely be recommending his services to future boarders in need of transport.
