Crown Relocations
I relocated to Perth with my employer. The staff on the ground are hard workers, but coordination with their office is terrible. They rock up 3 hours late, so you wait around like you got nothing better to do. It's all subcontracted. They missed packing a few items reported by the old landlord, and they refused to deliver them now due to the extra cost. They get you to sign documents on pick up and delivery but no idea what they packed; it's just itemized in boxes with not much information. Very unprofessional, in my opinion. You have to watch the process like a hawk. Car transport is excellent.

My whole move was organized by Crown Relocations Move Manager Heather and everything was made simple.They moved my home furniture and personal vehicle, organized flights accommodation and a hire vehicle until my personal vehicle arrived.Can't thank or recommend Heather enough

Crown relocstions were aware of our housing situation and that we were required to be out of our temporary house on the 16th of october, our stuff was picked up on the 16th of september and our stuff still hasnt left perth!

So, so extremely disappointing. As my previous review explains, Steve from Perth Crown Relocations promised reimbursement for damages and STILL have not received it. When I alerted Steve to this fact, he said to contact again if the payment has not arrived by the following week and that the finance dept. are busy! Well, no payment has arrived. Hey I am busy too. Just such bad treatment all round really! To say disappointment in this company is an understatement! Shame this is geared to make you give a star to review! I give 0 stars!

I am most impressed with Crown removals, they have made our relocation so much easier, I heard a lot of stories about things going missing with people using other companies to relocate, I am pleased to say that we lost nothing and no damages were made. Thank You Crown.

Crown have a polished sale pitch but when it counts they are not up to the job. Extensive delays, broken and damaged goods, very disappointing result considering the price.Crown never resolved our issues and we were very disappointed that the contact people could not be less helpful.

Crown made what I thought was going to be a complicated move from Aberdeen to Perth in Australia so easy. The team couldn't have been more helpful, right down to the link to track the shipping container as it went through the Suez Canal and the friendly team that arrived with my gear all cleared through customs etc....Brilliant!! Use them they are great!!

Moved from NZ to Perth earlier this year. The images are of my belongings that were export wrapped to a satisfactory standard according to Crown - mountain bike, set of golf clubs, expensive painting, and general boxed items. My car also incurred over $3,000 of damage during transit. Customer service was extremely poor when I tried to make a claim and a complaint, and I eventually had to contact the MD directly in order to get my complaint resolved.
